Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Ophthalmologist, Animal Vision Center of Virginia
Animal Vision Center of Virginia is looking for a talented and compassionate board-certified or board-eligible ophthalmologist to join our privately owned veterinary ophthalmology practice. A flexible part-time or full-time employment opportunity is available, along with the potential for long-term ownership opportunities.
Serving Coastal Virginia for more than a decade, we have practices in Chesapeake and Virginia Beach (in the historic Pembroke Manor House).
We care deeply about our animal patients and their owners, and our clinics offer a full suite of advanced ophthalmic equipment to assist you in generating optimal treatment outcomes.
We strive to foster a long-term love of learning and have an established intern and resident training program with cooperation and participation among other privately-owned and operated veterinary ophthalmology practices, with 15 mentors currently assisting in the training of 13 interns and residents. We also serve as a training site for the region’s veterinary assistant and technician training program.
· Be as active as you want to be in these programs - stay current in your clinical knowledge and bring the next generation of students into veterinary medicine and DVMs into ophthalmology!
