We’re an independently owned, ophthalmology-only practice with a culture we’re seriously proud of — zero turnover since opening in May 2023. We work hard restoring vision and comfort for animals every day, and we do it with an easy sense of camaraderie that makes the long days feel short.

Our team? Stellar. Our outcomes? Exceptional. Our vibe? Unapologetically positive. From a fully stocked snack room to a DoorDash account that keeps fresh meals flowing between surgeries, we take care of our people so they can take care of their patients. Life is inherently stressful; Blink is intentionally not.

And the location doesn’t hurt — Dallas is an incredible place to live, work, and play. Big-city amenities with a relaxed, friendly feel, a thriving food and arts scene, and plenty of sunshine to make every off day count.
