10 year old DSH cat, castrated male was presented with a skin erosion 5 weeks post enucleation. This cat was post HBC and head trauma with multiple skull fractures 3 months before presentation, one of them is a minimally displaced oblique fracture of the R zygomatic arch extending to the base of the TMJ (mandibular fossa) without involvement of the articular surface.  The cat has lost a lot of weight and had an esophageal tube for 6 weeks. The skin over the inferior orbital rim is ulcerated and the cat is constantly rubbing and scratching the place. Any suggestions for treating this cat?
