Premier Veterinary Group has been long established in the Chicago area for over 20 years and by adding the right small animal ophthalmologist we are looking to provide a wider variety of services to our clients and community. This opportunity is perfect for someone who has the desire and ambition to lead and grow our team. Collaboration with other specialists on complex cases provides support to the veterinary community through the highest level of communication and continuing education.

Our facility is located on the northwest side of Chicago which is about 25 minutes to the heart of downtown and 20 minutes to Wrigley field. We serve a large and busy group of referring veterinary hospitals. Our hospital is about 10,000 square foot, open concept facility with 2 surgical suites along with a dedicated space ready to be utilized by a Dermatologist.  Current specialties include Surgery, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Critical Care, Anesthesiology, Emergency and Rehab. Our specialists and emergency doctors are supported by an amazing group of technicians, client care representatives and a management team. We have full scoping capabilities, digital radiology, ultrasound, CT scan and a 1.5 Telsa MRI.

Premier Veterinary Group is part of the Ethos Veterinary Health (www.ethosvet.com) network of hospitals, providing our clinicians the opportunity to be part of a larger network of hospitals, but still maintain our distinctive identity. The focus of Ethos is on advancing veterinary medicine, along with providing high quality, compassionate care, which improves the lives of patients and their human companions. Our advancements center around three main areas:

Transformative Science:  We focus on driving initiatives that change the biology of disease, resulting in new diagnostics, novel therapies and improved treatments.

Knowledge:  We know we are only as good as our teams, so we are committed to continuous learning and growth, ensuring all team members have a path to reaching their fullest potential.

Collaboration:  Throughout Ethos we focus on capturing bright spots and sharing that knowledge across our organization. We believe a collaborative approach leads to better outcomes for our patients and more professionally fulfilled medical teams.

The success of our hospital can only be attributed to our colleagues. We have a highly collaborative culture that strives for excellence, is optimistic, collaborative, and supportive.  This teamwork and camaraderie leads to delivering exceptional service to our patients, clients, and referring veterinarians. Competitive compensation, signing bonus, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities at all levels of the organization. Relocation assistance is available for those not currently living in the area.
