Animal Eye Clinic is a multi-location facility and is currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Ophthalmologist. Our referral base has been established for over 25 years with a new client intake of over 1,500 patients per year. We are a paperless clinic that utilizes Vision Records for maximum efficiency. Each clinic is a stand-alone ophthalmology office meticulously designed to accommodate every ophthalmic need and to anticipate the needs of our clients, patients, doctors, and staff. We are looking for an ophthalmologist that is career motivated and excited to drive our success forward.
Built in 2010, our Arlington office is a 5,000 sqft state of the art facility with 5 fully equipped exam rooms, 2 surgery rooms, a glass enclosed post-operative kennel in full view of both surgery suites, a dedicated special procedures room for our ERG and Ultrasound procedures, a large break room and a private office for each doctor. Our equipment includes an E-Technologies ultrasound with high resolution probe, each surgery suite is equipped with a Zeiss operating microscope, a Protégé phacoemulsification machine, full anesthetic monitoring equipment, and a ventilator. In addition, we have a Stellaris phacoemulsification machine, a Keeler Cryomatic for cryophake and cryopexy surgery, and a Diode laser. This office employs 6 full-time staff members Monday-Friday.
Our Fort Worth office was built in 2016 and is a 3800 sqft office that includes 3 fully equipped exam rooms, one surgery room, and a glass front post-operative kennel, a special procedures room for electro-diagnostics, a doctor’s office and a break room. This office employs 3 full-time staff members that are fully cross-trained.
In addition to our impressive facilities and benefits, Animal Eye Clinic offers a highly trained and committed support staff that provides exceptional care for our patients and clientele. We have 3 highly skilled surgery technicians with a combined 55 years of experience at Animal Eye Clinic, and over 60 hours combined anesthesia CE. Animal Eye Clinic’s practice manager has worked in this practice for over 20 years and controls the major operations and coordination of both clinics. In addition, each clinic employs a full-time office manager to handle everyday administrative duties, which allows our doctors to focus on their patients and clients.

Animal Eye Clinic is a single owner operation, so buy-in opportunity exists for a candidate that is a good fit.
Equine ophthalmology is available should the candidate choose to expand the Large Animal Ophthalmology service.
